TAIGA Ores now have a rainbow border

Description

I hate Valyrium mining with a deep passion because I keep missing the ores due to them having almost the same texture as netherrack. So I fixed it :D

The textures are just the normal textures of the ores with a rainbow border so 99.999% of the credits go to the TAIGA devs <3
