Sunshine Air Meter Sound

Replaces the sound of the air meter dropping with the respective sound from Super Mario Sunshine.

One day after updating to 1.21.2, I noticed that there was a new subtitle for "Breath Meter Dropping." Didn't think much of it, aside from it being a neat accessibility change. But it got me thinking...

What if the breath meter dropping sounded like losing air while swimming in Super Mario Sunshine? That's what this pack aims to achieve.
