Spryzeen's Healthbars

- Update pack mcmeta to 1.19.4
- Changed pack icon
- Improved rotations with a gyroscope
- Fixed new vex model 
- Added big_health_bar texture, that is used for mobs like ravager or warden, it is little big than usual, i added it to don't  need to increase health bar general scale for those mobs 

Shader features(those features uses shaders to work so if you are using some like complementary os BSL it will won't work)
- Health bar does not change color when attacking a mob
- Fixed tropical fish health color (they don't with the fish color overlay)

Addons
added some addons to personalize it
- Color Coding Addon: health bar will change its color depending of the entity current health, first is green, when it has 60%health turns yellow, 35%health turns the bar orange and 15% turns it red
- No100% Addon: if the entity has 100%health, health bar will be invisible
