This pack adds a "ghost" or soul (how you like to name it) that are near the shriekers
think of ghost as ancient rest of people that dead there, if you see one it means you must be careful or
you could end up just like them

But in short, the pack adds a little soul next to each shrieker so you can know if there is one nearby
