I like the looks of the Leather armor adding a fur trim to them, gives it an artic armor vibe. It would make for a fantastic Santa outfit if it had long sleeves, a new helmet design, and maybe a gold belt detail.
Is it compatible with any cit or cet mods for fabric?

The pack only changes vainilla armor (diamond, leather, chainmail, netherite, gold and iron), it don't should have issues using with mods
by the way it is a texture pack not a datapack (i should fix it)
