Connected Textures+ (not mine) makes some blocks have connected textures that makes them have a better looking, for example grass, dirt, stone blocks, etc.
By connected, it means that all the textures in one face would see alienated if it were just one block.
Required Mods: To use connectors you need to have at least one of this options
-Option 1: Continuity (I normally use it with sinytra connector in forge)
-Option 2: Fusion mod
-Option 3: Optifine
