Touhou Origins Edited

An edited version of the backport of Touhou Origins Mod from Maxmani
Changes made from the original:
- Wolf Tengu now has normal attack speed
- Hell Ravens now dosen't inflict damage to themselves, and the decaition bar is completly change to make it more risky-reward (you have less bar, but you recover faster in lava, recover a tiny bit by hitting and loosing double tiny bit by getting hit, at 50% your attack speed and damage is halfed, in 75% your speed is reduced as well)
- Vampires now can use helmets to avoid sun burn
- Aqua-phobic races can now stay outside of water without impactful bad states (like blidness or slowness)

Im planning to keep going some edits to make them more interesting in game, but I won't be quick that's for sure
