Snek's Improvements and Consistencies

Changelog: -Updated the pack’s icon. -Versions 1.21.1—1.21.3 now have features that didn’t work in those versions. Texture pack now works fully down to version 1.20.2! -Food now has custom text to show how much hunger it’ll give you, spawn eggs and creative paintings do the same with little icons to make it easier to tell them apart. -Animated echo shard and command block minecart item. -Levers now have a groove for logic, as a bonus you can now tell if they’re on or not! -Changed the cows new texture to be the original colors (this is because I kind of forgot cows have fur when I made the new texture, and their leather can be a different color than their fur). -Made the target on the target block light up the more powered it is. -The torches on new repeaters and new comparators now don’t look old. -The new smoker actually animates now instead of being broken. -Changed leather, fire, netherite, snow, and redstone palette colors substantially. -Painting inventory icon now shows a shrunken version of “burning skull” instead of being designed to look like wool, this is to be more accurate, and to make it easier to tell the difference between item frames and paintings when in the inventory. -Many other smaller changes (absorption and poison hearts, amethyst palette, armadillo palette, bamboo palette, bundle and armor inconsistencies, books, bell, bone palette, blast furnace, beacon gui, chicken (edible), cherry petal particles, crops, cooked beef and pork, cauldron icon, doors and trapdoors, dried kelp block, dead bush, end crystal icon, fast leaves, firework rocket icon, fermented spider eye, furnace icon in the recipe book, grass, goat horn, heart particle, hopper icon, hero of the villager and regeneration effect icon, item frames, llama armor slot, nether wart palette, minecart icons, map building indicators, melon slice, ores, paintings, pufferfish eating textures, potatoe icons, prismarine bricks, polished basalt, packed mud, resin palettes, remove operator.png, sweet berries icon, structure block data, spyglass, shulker shell, slime mob particles, and warped and crimson wood icon outline palette.)
