Snek's Improvements and Consistencies

Improves Minecraft's textures without drastically changing them and still keeping their vanilla feel.
What's new

- -Fixed the iron chain to use the iron palettes textures, they broke since they were renamed to “iron chains” and I forgot to rename the texture pngs.
-
-Copper torches and lanterns now use the proper desaturated fire color.
-
-Updated the spears, nautilus and horse armor to use the material palettes this pack uses.
-
-Updated nautilus textures so they’re always depicted as square and with the same color palette.
-
-Added back the oxidization onto raw copper and copper ore, I was wrong in thinking that didn’t make sense.

-Half hunger icon is slightly more clear that it’s half a hunger.
-
-Minor stuff so that new stuff is consistent, like giving the camel husk the same new saddle texture as the normal camel, and updating horse leather armor.

-A few other smaller changes.
