Changes the water drips you get after emerging from water or getting rained on in ColdSweat to be much smaller and cause less screen clutter

(2x2)

4x4 drip variant between the 2x2 and the 8x8 which is default (4x4)

Description

Replaces the ingame drips from the ColdSweats Mod

With much smaller drips so that they dont smother the screen as much

Default droplets are 8x8
These new ones are 2x2
I may add a 4x4 later on for an in the middle option
