Adds compatibility to other mod liquid fuels. I hope to keep updating this. Rates are based off of burn rate ratios developed by Silfryi of the Immersive Engineering/ Immersive Petroleum team, converted by me into a standardized burn rate based of type of fuel. These are the same files i made and being used in the 1.19 version of the mod.
