This resource pack was created for one of my plugins, but feel free to use it.
This resource pack adds custom model data to the leather item; when equipped in the off-hand, it displays a backpack on the player's back.
custom model data id : 4321
example command: /give @a minecraft:leather[custom_model_data={floats:[4321]}]
