Every armor tier becomes a rank of the Roman legion. Aquilifer to Praetorian Guard, one set per material.

Description
Your armor tier is your rank. This pack retextures all eight vanilla armor materials into the ranks of a Roman legion, so progression through the game reads as promotion through the legion. Craft leather and you are an Aquilifer carrying the standard. Earn netherite and you stand in the Praetorian Guard.
The ranks

| Iron | Optio: second in command of the century |
| Gold | Consul: the republic's highest office |
| Diamond | Legatus: commander of the legion |
| Netherite | Praetorian Guard: the emperor's own |
| Turtle Shell | Centurion: the transverse-crested helmet |
The turtle shell is a helmet only in vanilla, which is exactly right for the Centurion: the crested helm is the piece that identifies the rank.
Installation
- Download the pack
.zip(do not unzip it) - Put it in your
.minecraft/resourcepacksfolder - In game: Options -> Resource Packs, move it to the right, click Done

- Minecraft 26.1 and above
- Java Edition
- Conflicts only with other packs that retexture armor, put this one on top
