Within this download is a resource pack and a datapack. The datapack provides functionality for the DVDLogo, which you can summon to move along the X/Y axis in any sized frame, bouncing off the walls dynamically!
Instructions:
1. Install the datapack and the resource pack
2. Activate the resource pack
3. Build a frame in world (with cheats enabled!) along the z axis.
4. Summon the dvd logo whilst standing in the frame using /function dvdlogo:summon
Have some relaxing times watching a dvd logo bounce around :)
Optifine is NOT required.

This was developed as a datapack version of PhoenixSC's DVDLogo, which was originally created using command blocks instead of a datapack. It is licensed as MIT so you can use it for your own works and even modify it in any fashion you wish.
