Item Fishing Fix

Hi there! Are you sour about how Omega Shards are impossible to find via fishing in lava? Bitter about how you can't find your sweet Grass Gems from water in Plains biomes? Well weep no wider, because this datapack fixes your problems and more!

How it works:
If you'll take a quick look, you'll see that all I did to fix the bug was to edit the Magikarp line spawning file for fishing a tiny bit. In case you're wondering how that fixes anything, I'll tell you! From my findings, the cause of the bug was that any biome that didn't have any available Pokemon from fishing in water would break item fishing entirely, both for water and lava. This meant that in Arid biomes like Deserts, items like the Omega Shard became unobtainable because there aren't any Pokemon that can be fished in Arid biomes using the Super Rod. The datapack I've created edited the spawning files slightly by adding a Magikarp spawn for each rod that's available in every biome (which I also gave a Rarity of 1 so the actual spawn table doesn't become too different from the default). I also made sure to make the Dead Sea biome for "Oh The Biomes You'll Go" an anti-condition for Super Rod Magikarp in case someone would be mad that their 100% Basculegion fishing spot no longer works (TL;DR Basculegion is 100% in Dead Seas with Super Rod). This bug will likely be fixed in the near future, but I still wanted to make this pack for those using earlier versions. Thank you for reading, and I hope you have a nice day!

Update: This bug was fixed a while ago (specifically on 9.1.2) so only use this datapack if you're using a version between 9.0.0. and 9.1.1!
