Neapolitan PBR is a resource pack that gives the vanilla textures a little flair with normal and specular maps.
What's new
Added:
I added a changelog file within the resource pack titled "Changelog.txt," containing precise information about all of the blocks that have been added with this update,
as well as all of the blocks that were supported in v1.

All types of tools and armour + horse armour (as a handheld item), except for wooden, stone, and leather
