All signs are more pixel consistent.

Hanging signs and bamboo sign now use their respectives log textures as hanging support (block and item textures).

All signs and hanging signs now use a custom planks texture to make them look more refreshing and modern.

Compatibility:

• Vanilla Minecraft
• Farmer's Delight signs.

To do:

• Change the 3D model of the signs to make them really pixel consistent.
• Change more the textures of the items in the inventory.
• Add compatibility with other mods (like Oh The Biomes We've Gone and more...)
