Better 3D Blocks

Starting mods support :
I've reworked the entire texture pack structure to better support the new mods

There was a LOT of bugs on the pack, also with older versions like 1.12.x versions (stairs were not working anymore...)

I have fixed all bugs accross all versions

Warning : Mods may not be perfectly supported on all mods versions. Better 3D Blocks is made for the latest version of all mods
Maybe i will add support for older versions of mods for some mods, but probably not all
