- updated shadow.png to try again to fix the weird crosshair effect and increase from 4x to 8x so this will work.

- updated all 4 furnace textures to better match the cobblestone color.
- updated both dropper textures to better match the cobblestone color.
- updated both dispenser textures to better match the cobblestone color.
- updated all 5 observer textures to better match the cobblestone color.

- updated shadow.png to fix the weird crosshair effect and make the shadow 4x instead of 16x
