Adds more icons to UI: Enchantments, Effects, Durability, Spawn Eggs, Food, Gamemode, Anvil, Enchanting Table, Settings, Skin Customization, Sleep.

Changes the text color in a few places, such as the world selection screen.

This icons is from my resource pack Vanilla Experience+.
