!!OPTIFINE IS RECOMMENDED!! This pack will work just fine in vanilla, but some of the custom features will not be available without having Optifine installed.
Haven is a resource pack that I started working on in the early summer of 2017. It's original goal was to be a pixel art replacement for default Minecraft, but at the time of release, the devs announced they hired a pixel artist to do the very same thing.
In the end I decided to take the pack in its own direction, leaning into a more Stardew Valley-esque art style, with the same color richness from games like Stardew Valley and Hytale.
This pack is still a work in progress, but is currently around 50-60% complete! With future plans for mod support, datapack support, and eventual addon support for Bedrock Edition.
All textures are subject to change at any time.
Hi SixFootBlue, I absolutely love your resource pack, it's really colorful and happy. I'm planning to make a magical themed adventure map and your resource pack looks perfect! I would only want to add some villager skins and unique items. I am planning to publish it on minecraftmaps.com. Can I use your resource pack for this?
In reply to kiekoo123:
Instead of reuploading my pack, you could just include your villager and item textures with your map and then link back to this page so people can download Haven, then have them use both packs at the same time.
In reply to SixFootBlue:
Thanks, good idea, I'll look into that.
Is there some sort of link to put this on a server
Was digging around in this pack after merging it with another, and found a small mislabeling of the properties file for the CTM for redstone_block. Pretty much, the fix is just a case of changing the file name extension to .properties, but looking at the textures I'm not sure if this was an overlook or if they're incomplete. Thought I'd bring it up. Otherwise, It's a beautiful pack and I'm glad to have it in my world.
In reply to neohedron512:
Oh, that was intentional for the time being. I do that to .properties files I want to disable while I'm working on the pack. I guess I forgot to take it out. I can't remember if it was for testing, or if I wanted to revise the block some more.
This is one of my favourite resource packs, and an inspiration in creating my own :D
very good, although there are still some things unfinished
Will you not add the menu design in 1.12? Or are you working on it?
Are you gonna release this on more versions or only the ones that are released right now?
In reply to Forge_User_00916382:
My priority right now is finishing it for the latest version of Minecraft. After that I might focus on backporting it for one or two prior versions depending on how active the modding scene is for them.
i tried downloading the 1.16 version and it says its not compatible with 1,16.3 but it worked fine when i found a server that used the pack
I love this resource pack and I wonder if there will one day have a discord server, asking.
is this still being worked on
sorry if i sound impatient
In reply to ankles63:
It is but I've had other work to catch up on for now.
Is there a way to get just the GUI? This probably my favorite part of this texture pack because it gives the GUI a much needed update that just feels good to look at.
In reply to Lorkynn:
Just open up the pack using winrar and delete all the texture/model files aside from the GUI files.
In reply to SixFootBlue:
Awesome! Thanks I will have to give it a try.
this is the actual best resource pack i have ever seen. thank you for introducing be to falling leave animathion and held torch animation. i dont even have optifine and this is still so good!
how do get rid of the falling leaves animation?
