Grottos Beast Timed

Changes the times for Grotto Beast from First Come First Server to TIMED for Pixelmon Mod

Datapack for the Pixelmon Mod, that changes the "First Come, First Serve" setting in Pixelmon Grottos to "TIMED", which is configurable in the "spawning.yml" for Pixelmon..    

 This will only affect newly generated Grottos in Ultra Space, which means new chunks.
