Grottos Beast Permanent and Unlimited

Changes the times for Grotto Beast from First Come First Server to Once Per Person for Pixelmon Mod

Datapack for the Pixelmon Mod, that changes the "First Come, First Serve" setting in Pixelmon Grottos to "Unlimited", which means that you can spam click it and get the rewards.

 

This will only affect newly generated Grottos in Ultra Space, which means new chunks!
