Do you love Caninegray's resource packs but also enjoy modding Minecraft?
If yes, then you'll love Gray's Mob Overhaul – Unofficial Compatibility Pack!
This resource pack replaces models and textures of several popular Minecraft mods to better fit Gray's Mob Overhaul and/or Gray's Villager Overhaul. It will not work without the original packs, as it relies on assets created by Caninegray.
This pack should be placed on top of the resource packs list to ensure it will work correctly.
Remember, you don't need to have all of mods listed below.
Current Features and Fixes:
Guard Villagers by almightytallestred:
- Replaces the models and textures of villager guards, turning them into anthropomorphic foxes, fennec foxes, wolves, panthers, and hyenas.
- Each guard's species and clothing correspond to the biome they live in. Clothing is inspired by Villager Overhaul textures, ensuring they are distinct and never mistaken for pillagers.
Scorched Guns 2 by Ribs498:
- Replaces the Blunderer’s texture and model, transforming him into a dangerous, armed wolf—easily recognized by his green checkered shirt.
- Adds a custom clothing texture for the gunsmith villager, including a zombie variant.
Ice and Fire: Dragons by sbom_xela:
- Adds a custom clothing texture for the scribe villager, including the zombie variant.
Domestication Innovation by sbom_xela:
- Adds a custom clothing texture for the animal tamer villager, including the zombie variant.
Chef's Delight by Redstone3game:
- Adds custom clothing textures for both cook and chef villagers, including zombie variants.
Sawmill by Mehvahdjukaa:
- Adds a custom clothing texture for the carpenter villager, including the zombie variant.
Better Archeology by Pandarix:
Adds a custom clothing texture for the archaeologist villager, including the zombie variant.
Planned Compatiblity and Features:
Quark by Vazkii - Villagers clothing, models replacement
More Villagers by SameDifferent - Villagers clothing
Scorched Guns 2 by Ribs498 - more models replacements
Anything else that I will find in my modpack or on CurseForge
Everhing was tested on 1.20.1 version of the game with Forge installed. This is my first minecraft "modding" attempt ever, so errors are expected.
All credit goes to the original resourcepack and mods authors. Their work is what makes Minecraft one of the best, if not the best, games ever created.
Thank you, Caninegray, for allowing me to post this on CurseForge. Your resource packs are the cutest I've ever seen! I'm pleased to share this addon with others so they can enjoy it with mods aswell.
