Transforms the Ender Dragon into a goose! Requires ETF/EMF to load the custom model, but the custom textures work without!

- Actually published the dragon fireball texture fix.
- Custom texture for base fireball model remains, but a custom model and texture has been created (and of course, they require ETF and EMF).
