Good Morning Craft - Official Continuation

Official continuation for the original Good Morning Craft.  The pack has been updated to the 1.9 format, with new textures from previous versions that are left out of the original.  This pack is being continued with permission from the original artist.

None of the pack's original textures have been changed or modified, except for where a Minecraft update requires it.  This pack is being maintained to keep it up to date with new versions of Minecraft.
