Gloomy Soul Sand Valley

Makes netherrack darker in soul sand valleys to better match soul sand. Emissive ores included. Optifine required! I have only tested this on 1.18, but it should work on prior versions assuming that Optifine is the same and that no texture names have changed. Just ignore the warning when activating it.
