This is datapack version of Forgiveness mod which can be find there: https://legacy.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/forgiveness
That datapack as well as mod allow you to uncraft a lot of various stuff such as fences, stairs, wall, plates etc. Full list of new craft you can see on page of mod version.
