[Faster That Light] Make Hardcore Great Again!: Tweaks

- Tweaked villager trades:

• Armorers are now not selling Diamond Armor, instead, you can "enchant" you Iron Armor on Master
• Armorers are now selling Gold Armor on Novice and Apprentice
• Farmers are now selling 3 Golden Carrots for 12 emeralds
• Librarians are now not selling "treasure" enchants
• Fletchers are now buying 64 sticks for 1 emerald
• Masons are now buying 25 clay balls for 1 emerald
• Toolsmiths and Weaposmiths are now asking for a plain diamond tool to "enchant it"

- Tweaked chances to obtain Totem of Undying in Villager Outposts and Mansions

- Havely increased chances to get Mending in Ancient and End Cities
