Enchantment Sprites for OptiFine and Chime

I have updated this for 1.13, but I've also made sure that you can still use it on 1.12!

There is a problem where 1.13 OptiFine doesn't work with 1.13 Forge Beta, so be careful!

Fixed:

problem with optifine's 1.13 stuff. actually, these were all i had to do, but that's still a lot to do.

Added:

Iron and Gold versions of the existing enchantment sprites! Other vanilla materials to be coming soon!
