Adds some custom sprites for enchanted diamond tools using OptiFine's MCPatcher functions (or the Fabric mod Chime)

my friend Supersonic has ported the pack to the Fabric mod "Chime" that does the similar thing as Optifine CIT! i've merged the file, it should work on BOTH Optifine and Chime now, thank you Supersonic!
