The Fabric mod Charm includes an Ebony tree variety, but the tree does not appear to be spawning in any biomes. Also, according to the mod's developers, saplings should also be found in chests in Woodland Mansions, but this does not appear to be functioning correctly either (though it could be a conflict with other mods that alter Woodland Mansions; I'm still testing that). Another mod, Oh The Biomes You'll Go (BYG), also includes an Ebony tree variety. This data pack works in conjunction with Polymorph to create a partial workaround by allowing you to convert between BYG Ebony Logs and Charm Ebony Logs.
Another known bug with Charm's Ebony trees is that the leaves do not drop saplings when broken, so this data pack also includes conversion recipes for both Ebony sapling types, in case you want to plant Charm Ebony trees around your base.
