This is an addon to the EasierChests mod (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/easierchests) which replaces the default icons with less obtrusive ones, made by WereWhusky.

does it work with the newest (1.18.1) version of the mod? you did a great job on the arrows, they're just, a lot
I didn't test this for a while, but I don't see why not.
