Create Textures - Refined Cooking adds new textures to make Refined Cooking look in the style of Create. Refined Storage/ Refined Cooking is required. Like what you see? See more like items in our main modpack, Velox Resurrected.

Create - Refined Cooking adds new textures to make Refined Cooking look in the style of Create.

This only changes the look of blocks, you will still need the original mod.

As such, Refined Storage/Refined Cooking is required, as this only changes the appearance and not the recipes.
