Craftable Spawn Eggs

This data pack provides crafting recipes for spawn eggs, which includes all mobs inside of Minecraft.  (Exception of Wandering Trader and Trader Llama).  Using the datapack, JEI (Just Enough Items) is recommended but not required.  Each recipe requires an egg and two other components and can be placed on the crafting table in any order.  Each recipe has an output of 3 spawn eggs.  We have done our best to avoid this from being overpowered.

The mod will eventually be ported to other versions so don't ask.
