This mod adds the following blocks:

Speed I Block

Negative Speed 1 Block
Negative Speed 2 Block
Jump I Block
Jump II Block
Negative Jump 1 Block
Negative Jump 2 Block
Ghost Block
Full Block (same color as Ghost Block)
Blindness Block
Levitation Block
Regeneration Block
Nausea Block
Water Breathing Block
Slow Falling Block
Checkpoint DOES NOT WORK YET, FOR NOW, USE A BED

The mod will eventually be ported to other versions so don't ask.
