A lightweight 7x resource pack built for clean, readable PvP. Every change is aimed at cutting visual noise so you can actually see your opponent, your hits, and your gear during a fight — nothing here is just a reskin for looks.
Features & how they affect gameplay:
- Low-profile fire overlay — The fire texture applied to burning entities is trimmed down instead of using the full vanilla flame sheet, so when you or an enemy is on fire, the flames don't swallow the player model. You can still track hitboxes, armor, and movement through a burn instead of fighting a wall of orange pixels.
- Shrunk held-item models — Swords, axes, and other held items use reduced first-person and third-person scale transforms (down to roughly half size for first-person). In practice, your weapon no longer blocks a third of the screen, giving you a clearer sightline on your target during close-range trades.
- Simplified particle effects — Hit, crit, and sweep particles are pared back to smaller, less cluttered effects. In a multi-hit PvP exchange this means the screen doesn't fill with overlapping particle spam, so you can read incoming hits and reposition instead of guessing through visual clutter.
- Color-coded, flat-shaded armor tiers — Iron, Gold, Diamond, and Netherite armor have been recolored to distinct flat palettes (gray, bronze-gold, blue, and dark purple-black respectively) instead of vanilla's busier, more detailed textures. The payoff: at a glance, mid-fight, you can identify an opponent's armor tier by silhouette color alone, without needing to squint at texture detail — useful for instantly judging whether you're fighting someone in iron or full netherite.
- Multi-version support out of the box — The pack ships with overlay folders for 1.21.2 through 1.21.11, so it auto-adapts its assets to whichever of those versions you're running without needing separate downloads.
Who it's for: players and server admins who want a competitive-PvP-oriented pack — less visual clutter, faster target reads, and gear you can identify by color at a glance — without changing game mechanics.
