Catch Those Neutral Mobs!

Allows you to use the Supplementaries Cage on every vanilla neutral mob.

This is the list of the vanilla neutral mobs:

• Bee
• Cave Spider
• Dolphin
• Enderman
• Goat
• Iron Golem
• Llama
• Panda
• Piglin
• Polar Bear
• Spider
• Trader Llama
• Wolf
• Zombified Piglin

This can be very useful in case you wanna reduce lag related to entities pathfinding.

Only tested on 1.19.2, but it probably works in other versions too, as it just adds the `cage_catchable` tag to these mobs.
