Welcome to Better Stained Glass !

Better Stained Glass is a 16x16 resource pack that overhauls vanilla stained glass.
This resource pack requires Optifine if you want it to look like the attached images; it will work without Optifine, but won't look nearly as good.
There are 3 variations of this pack, to better suit everyone's needs (see images section if this isn't clear):
- Vibrant: This is in keeping with vanilla style, just better. The glass is more opaque and vibrant. Optifine users won't have inner borders too!
- Medieval: This is a total transformation of stained glass. These designs are based on real-world leaded glass patterns, modified to work in a 16x16 environment. Resource packs like John Smith and Conquest were also big inspirations.
- Combo: The best of both worlds, and my personal recommendation. Glass blocks use the Vibrant style, so you can still use them as building blocks. Glass panes use the Medieval style, and are more suited for windows.
A note about versions: since neither Minecraft nor Optifine has updated how glass panes work since 1.16, any version since then should work with any Minecraft version post 1.16. You will however get a notification from Minecraft that the resource pack is out of date. This is just a reference to the pack format that all resource packs contain, and can be safely ignored (at least until Minecraft and/or Optifine change glass panes).
