Adds compatibility between Backported Spears and Hazen 'N Stuff.

Adds compatibility between Backported Spears and Hazen 'N Stuff. Specifically the Fireblossom Rapier, Ice Pike, and Raven's Bane are able to poke, charge and given extended range beyond vanilla spears.
