Adds compatibility between Backported Spears and Crystal Chronicles.

Adds compatibility between Backported Spears and Crystal Chronicles, specifically Lightning Bident and Poison Fang.

Both only gain the range and ability to poke as spears to retain their spellcasting tool ability.
