Hello, here you can find what i've thrown together over a weekend. This Datapack adds three Elemental Arrows to Minecraft! As it stands its a Proof-of-Concept and will need some optimizing in the future.

It adds two new crafting recipes for Fire & Ice Arrows as well as functions for booth and the vanilla spectral arrow.

Ice Arrows will temporarily freeze Water and a few Mobs and create a small ice plattform for you to jump on to reach new destinations.

Fire Arrows at the moment only melts the Ice Blocks created by Ice Arrows as well as the Blue Ice Block. The features are also added to arrows shot with a flame enchantment, so there is no need to always craft them by hand.

Spectral arrows will "dissolve" White Glazed Terracotta Blocks.

Features

Fire Arrows:

- Will burn and clear cobwebs

Ice Arrows:

- If shot on stationary water will freeze into frosted ice that will melt by itself over time

- Create Blue Ice near a tagged armorstand as a permanent/temporary water block & playfeature.

- will freeze a selection of mobs. (small slimes, frogs, zombies, skeletons, pillager, villager, can be edited)

Light Arrows:

- Will dissolve white glazed terracotta if near a armorstand, the "sun block" to clear passages and grant acces

Armorstand tags (targets):

can be used to limit playfeatures to certein areas surrounding the tagged armorstands:

- "arrow_target_fire" lets players in Gamemode 1 or Higher light Cobwebs

- "arrow_target_ice" lets players in Gamemode 1 or higher create blue Ice near it, or melt.

- "arrow_target_light" lets players in Gamemode 1 or higher dissolve white glazed terracotta blocks.

Campfires & "fires"

- Will light regular arrows & tag them as fire arrows, enables them to burn cobwebs.

Gamemodes

To integrate the Datapack and its features into your Server you can choose the players Gamemodes

- 0 no major features are enabled. Campfires will still give the burning effect to arrows.

- 1 can create frosted ice as well as blue ice if near a target - and melt it. Lets players light Cobwebs with fire arrows

- 2 players will be able to light cobwebs everywhere.

I want to make sure that the Functions of the Datapack don't interfere with regular Gameplay on a Multiplayer wolrd. I imagine a Server with a few Dungeons placed around.
