ADL 799 for IR

Welcome to the ADL pack curse page!

This pack adds a czech roundhouse hybrid shunter powered by batteries or diesel engine. It's maximal speed is 10 kmph, though it can pull pretty heavy stock (up to 65 kiloNewtons) and it's power consumption is 18 kiloWatts on batteries and 37 kiloWatts on diesel. These are in service since 1992. It's nickname, Adele came out of it's ID (ADL = accumulator-diesel locomotive)
