Zaza Shaders — Impairment & Visual Effects

Zaza Shaders is a BSL-based Iris/OptiFine shader pack that simulates being high in Minecraft, from a light color lift and lazy camera drift all the way to a full green-out, with a press-a-key session system and fake frame stutter with trippy visuals.

What's new

New

  • Replay Loops — the pack keeps a short memory of what you’ve just seen and replays it, slower than it happened. The camera glides through the replay smoothly, and every loop starts and ends exactly where you’re looking, so there’s never a jarring cut. Faint echoes early on; full takeovers reaching nearly ten seconds back near the top.
  • Loop Reach — sets how far back the longest loops can go, from about 2.5 to 14 seconds.
  • Depth Confusion — distances stop being trustworthy. Nearby things look slightly far, distant things slightly close, with no warping at all.
  • Narrow Attention — detail at the edges of your view quietly fades into the background, drifting as your attention wanders. Not a dark vignette.
  • New Loops & Time settings page.

Changed

  • Lost Moments is now a gentle after-effect as a loop ends — the present feels soft and unreal for a second — instead of a jolt.
  • The old frame judder is now Micro-Stutter, turned down to 30% by default. The loops carry the effect now.
  • The “Session & Smoke” settings page is now Session & Timing.
  • Version number now shows in the in-game About screen.

Fixed

  • A malformed entry in the settings file left over from an earlier update.

Still no impact on your real FPS — the game runs at full speed and your input never stops registering. Only the picture doubles back.
