This license covers Shiroi Visuals: the shader code, settings, language files, textures and documentation in this
repository and in the released ZIP files. Code written by other people keeps its own license; see
THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md.

1. What you can do

   Free of charge, you may:
   a. use Shiroi Visuals for any personal purpose, including videos, streams, screenshots and servers;
   b. read, study and modify the code;
   c. make your own shader packs based on Shiroi Visuals, in whole or in part ("derivative works"), and share them;
   d. include the unmodified pack in a modpack, as long as the modpack downloads it from an official source
      (the GitHub releases of the repository above, or the official Modrinth page) or includes it with this license
      file unchanged.

2. Conditions

   If you share Shiroi Visuals or a derivative work, you must:
   a. give credit: say clearly, in the description of the download page and in a README or credits file inside
      the pack, that your work is based on Shiroi Visuals by soutatsukishiro, with a link to the repository above;
   b. keep this LICENSE file and THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md in the pack;
   c. say that you changed it, if you did;
   d. release a derivative work under this same license, with its shader source readable as usual for a shader
      pack, so that others can build on your changes too. You may add your own name to the copyright line for
      the parts you wrote.

3. What you cannot do

   a. Re-upload the unmodified pack, or a copy with only trivial changes (renamed, re-zipped, different default
      settings), to any site as your own release.
   b. Sell Shiroi Visuals or a derivative work, or put it behind a paywall, including paid early access or
      supporter-only downloads. Donations, and ads on your own pages, are fine.
   c. Use the name "Shiroi Visuals" as the name of a derivative work, or suggest that it is official. "Based on
      Shiroi Visuals" is fine.

4. No warranty

   Shiroi Visuals is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. In no event shall the authors be liable for
   any claim, damages or other liability arising from its use.

5. Not affiliated

   NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT. Minecraft is a
   trademark of Mojang AB.

If you want to use Shiroi Visuals in a way this license does not allow, ask the author through the repository.
