Brisa Lite 2.3
What's new
Brisa Lite 2.3
- Added biome atmosphere: warmer desert horizons, cooler snowy landscapes and soft distant haze in humid biomes, with smooth climate transitions.
- Added a subtle Milky Way on clear nights. Its visibility decreases in bright moonlight and fades out with daylight, rain and the horizon.
- Added blue and violet nebulas to the End sky, using the existing final pass and preserving foreground geometry.
- Added sunlight transmission through grass, flowers and crops, respecting existing solar shadows and sky exposure.
- Added Natural, Warm and Cool color styles with an intensity control, independent of quality presets. Natural preserves the existing color grading.
- Added separate toggles and strength controls in English and Portuguese. Ultra Lite leaves the new atmospheric and vegetation effects disabled.
- Preserved the 2.2 water depth, current/waterfall foam, caustics, reflections and optional refraction. Refraction remains disabled by default; heat distortion remains removed.
- Verified the new effects in Minecraft 26.3, checked water regressions, and rechecked the 31-version Iris compiler/GPU matrix.
Milky Way requires Atmospheric Sky; plant transmission requires Sunlight. On legacy Iris 1.4.5 / Minecraft 1.16.5, biome atmosphere uses a limited warm/cold fallback based on the vanilla sky palette, without humidity detection. Performance varies with hardware, scene and settings.
