1. PERMITTED USE
You may download, install, load and use the original Brisa Lite shader pack
to play Minecraft free of charge. Private installation copies and backups
needed for your own use are permitted.

You may change the pack's built-in options and presets through Iris or
configuration files intended for user settings. This is normal use and does
not grant permission to edit the shader source or bundled assets.

2. VIDEOS, STREAMS AND SCREENSHOTS
You may record, publish, share and monetize gameplay videos, live streams,
screenshots and other media showing gameplay rendered with Brisa Lite.
No credit, attribution, link or payment to the author is required for these
permitted uses. Monetizing such media is not resale of the shader pack.
This permission covers rendered media, not copies of the pack's files.

3. RESTRICTIONS
Without prior written permission from the author/copyright holder, you may
not:
- Sell, rent, sublicense or charge for access to the shader pack or its files.
- Modify, patch or create derivative versions of the shader source or
  bundled assets, except for the normal user settings described above.
- Redistribute, reupload, mirror or share the pack or its files, in whole
  or in part, whether unchanged or modified and whether free or paid.
- Include the pack's files in publicly distributed modpacks or other bundles.

You may share links to the author's official download pages instead of
redistributing the files. Publishing your permitted videos, streams and
screenshots remains allowed under section 2.

4. OFFICIAL DISTRIBUTION
The author/copyright holder may authorize official project hosting platforms
to host and deliver the original pack on their behalf. This does not grant
other users or unrelated services permission to rehost or redistribute it.
Requests for other permissions may be sent through the official project page.

5. APPLICABLE LAW AND WARRANTY
Nothing in this license limits rights or exceptions that cannot lawfully
be restricted under applicable law. The pack is provided as is, without
warranties, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
