Brisa Lite 1.7.1

Rain ripple visibility fix.

• Fixed rain circles being barely visible at night and when looking down at small pools.
• Increased contrast along the ripple edges without brightening the entire water surface.
• Varied drop placement for a less uniform pattern.
• Preserved existing water waves, reflections, foam, settings and Minecraft-version compatibility paths.
• Added no rendering passes, textures, buffers or texture samples.

The rain fix passed in-game checks on Minecraft 1.21.11 using a small pool in daytime and nighttime rain. The modified water shader also passed checks with the eleven Iris compiler/transformer builds in the compatibility matrix and native GPU compilation.

Rain circles remain disabled in the More FPS and Ultra Light presets. All other features from Brisa Lite 1.7 are included.
