What is ZipperCraft?
ZipperCraft is a mod pack about blending together the perfect mix of mods to create an enhanced, semi-realistic survival experience without being too hardcore for some players. It aims to provide a balanced, more difficult gameplay, centered around surviving and exploring the world, particularly with friends.
We will have an official server soon, feel free to join us!

Features:
2 New modes of terrain generation.
- Realistic: Thanks to RTG and ClimateControl, a map can be created with realistic terrain, mountain chains, and climate zones, grouping biomes in a way that makes more realistic sense. See ClimateControl and RTG for more details.
- Alternate: With ATG, a less resource intensive map can be created with more realistic mountain faces, and biome groups. Better for not eating up as many resources as RTG.
-- With the Streams mod, BiomesOPlenty, and Natura, this can lead to some beautiful worlds.

Enhanced survival mods bring much-needed changes to vanilla gameplay
- SpiceOfLife/Hunger Overhaul combined with Pam's HarvestCraft allows and demands a more diversified diet, no more eating just steak every day!
- Zombie Awareness, Infernal Mobs, and SpecialAI brings a boost in difficulty when fighting mobs. Monsters will knock out torches and break into your base, forcing a bit of strategy into building.
- Weather2 brings tornadoes and storms for the players to endure.
- Iguana's Tweaks for TiC and Tinker's Construct allow for a more flushed out tool and ore progression system.
Exploration
- Along with the new terrain gen, Zippercraft brings some of the most well-known exploration mods together, such as Aether II, Twilight Forest, Tropicraft, and Galacticraft. The fun doesn't end with just the overworld!
Notes:
- It is best to run this mod pack with at least 3.5 to 4 Gigabytes of RAM.
- Currently, Default world generation spawns a large number of biomes as Mushroom Islands, even on the land. To avoid this, use the BoP, ATG, or Realistic world settings.
- It is recommended you use the pixel reality resource packs, which require Optifine or MCPatcher to run. They alter shading and make the sky look more realistic, allowing for a more immersive experience.
- Pixel Reality - Luminance's effects will be negated when using brightness at max, it is recommended to play on 50% brightness or below.
- On our server, we will be using the Mo' Creatures mod, however, due to DrZhark's mod pack policy, you will need to manually add it to the pack. It is strongly recommended as it enhances gameplay with the "realistic" world setting.
