Changed some recipes:

Thatch will now only require 1 wheat for 1 block, instead of 4 to 4. This used to conflict with oritect compressed wheat.

Removed the create nuclear coal crushing, as it was 50% less efficient than the other options.

Create gunsmithing gunpowder recipe is now craftable. Replaced the item-specific coal dust from the mod with a check for coal dust tags. The recipe is now also chemically accurate, needing more niter to make. To counter this, you may mix dirt with heated water to get niter. Results may vary.
